TOPCON CV5000S DIGITAL REFRACTIVE SYSTEM

This is one of the latest digital refractive technology. It allows the doctor to control the entire refraction process from a keypad. This Topcon CV5000S is completely programmable so all the lenses moved for you at the touch of a button, taking you to each new refraction step.

This digital refractive system is connected to a digital lensometer, which reads your old eyeglass prescription. It allows the doctor and the patient to compare the old rx vs new rx with digital speed and accuracy.

OPTOMAP

We use Optos California, the latest and most cutting-edge retinal imaging technology to access your retina or the health of the back of your eye.

Many eye diseases, such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal tears, or detachments and other health problems such as diabetes and high blood pressure that may affect the eyes. If detected early, it can be treated successfully without total loss of vision.

Your retinal images will be stored electronically so the the doctor can have a permanent record of the condition of your retina. This allows the eye doctor to used as a baseline to track any changes in your eyes in future eye examinations.

HUMPHREY VISUAL FIELD TESTING

A visual field test measure the range of your peripheral or "side vision" to assess any peripheral vision loss or visual field abnormalities. It is a straight forward and painless test that takes 5-10 minutes. This machine can create a computerized map out your visual field to identify if and where you may have any visual field defects.
